Policy
Terms of Service
Effective September 5, 2026
These terms cover Irmita, a private personal-use tool with no public account registration. The service is operated by David Delgado.
Permitted use
Use is limited to accounts and data controlled by, or made available with authorization to, the owner. Irmita must not be used for unlawful activity, unauthorized access, credential sharing, or processing data without permission.
Accounts, configuration, and charges
The owner is responsible for the configuration, security, and applicable charges of the Telegram, Google, Firebase, and ClickUp accounts used with Irmita.
Third-party services
Third-party services operate under their own terms and policies. They may change, fail, rate-limit requests, or revoke access independently of Irmita.
Availability and warranty
Irmita is provided as-is, without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or loss-free synchronization. The operator may suspend or discontinue the application at any time.
Ownership
Irmita's original application code and branding remain with their respective owner. Names, marks, and services belonging to Google, Firebase, Telegram, and ClickUp remain the property of their respective owners.
Changes and contact
These terms may change as the application changes. Material updates will be reflected here with a revised effective date. Questions can be sent to davidcamiloneo@gmail.com.
